Меган Маркл все-таки лишилась королевского титула

31 марта Меган Маркл и принц Гарри окончательно лишатся членства королевской семьи. Вероятно, Букингемский дворец хочет ускорить этот процесс, уже избавив Меган Маркл от королевского титула.

Меган Маркл – покровительница Smart Works, благотворительной организации, помогающей безработным женщинам. Отныне на сайте данной организации в имени Маркл нет аббревиатуры, которая обозначает «Ее королевское высочество», и указана она просто как герцогиня Сассекская. Можно предположить, что это Букингемский дворец отдал приказ организации убрать обозначение королевского титула из имени Маркл.

Еще в начале января Меган Маркл и принц Гарри сообщили о своем решении сложить королевские полномочия с себя, а также переехали в Канаду с намерением остаться там на большую часть времени и посещать Лондон только с визитами.

Кроме того, в планах у четы отказаться от финансирования, но на данный момент они все еще живут за счет казны, а также денег, выделяемых принцем Чарльзом из личного бюджета.
