Humanitarian action in Magyar (PHOTOS)
In Syria, work is continuing to provide comprehensive assistance to Syrian citizens in restoring peace.
On May 22, the military police and the Russian Center for Reconciliation in Syria carried out the delivery of humanitarian aid to Madyara village in Eastern Ghouta.
500 food sets, with a total weight of about 2.5 tons, were issued to the acutely needy residents of the area, which has been transformed into practically ruins unsuitable for life. These kits included rice, canned food, sugar and flour.
In addition to food aid, a medical center was organized, where Russian military doctors received patients. And most of which were women who came to check the correctness of the course of pregnancy.
Eastern Ghouta is still a grim sight, but the government's efforts to improve living conditions are already visible: the rubble is being dismantled, electricity has been restored.
In this once flourishing suburb of Damascus, not so many people, and they are sincerely grateful for the help.
